KL5LM Miner's Cap Lamp, using LED Lithium Ion battery as power supply, supporting with Miner's Cap Lamp protective circuit ,manganese acid lithium constant current, constant voltage to charge management circuit and LED the corresponding driver circuit design, adopting high power high brightness LED as light source.

1. KL5LM Miner's Cap Lamp (hereinafter referred to as the Miner's Lamp) is in accordance with the GB7957-2003《Miner's Lamp General Requirements For Safety Performance》 and MT927-2004 《KL Type Miner's Lamp》, using the manganese acid lithium battery for power and high brightness LED as light source of portable lighting tool.

2. Miner's Lamp has an inbuilt protection circuit installed inside, which protects it from over charge, over discharge and short circuit, thereby improving the safety performance of the Miner's Lamp If short circuit happens or any other fault, the lamp will cut power automatically in 0.5seconds to keep safe and reliable.

3. Miner's Lamp uses LED light source where in the required calorific value is small and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is high, there by resulting in long service life, and thus the light source is generally not required to be replaced within the life of the Miner's Lamp. The Main Light source adopts large power high brightness & low color temperature LED which is driven by special LED Driver Circuit & Constant Current. Inside the Miner's Lamp Head, beside the Main Light there is also an Auxiliary Illuminant, which under special circumstances, or if required in emergency will extend lighting time.

4. Miner's Cap Lamp with constant-current, constant-voltage charging management circuit inside, is compatible to the available charging racks of the conventional acid batteries directly, do not need to reform the existing charging rack.
